1. Will my identity remain anonymous?
Your identity will remain confidential. The bot will never ask for your name, email address or personal details. It will only ask about your age, gender, background and sexual orientation at the end so it can help you find services relevant to your situation.
2. Does my information remain confidential?
Any information that you type to the bot will not be stored.
4. Are you a counsellor?
Any information Deevi provides was not written by a counsellor. If you are a counsellor who thinks information in the bot should be corrected, please contact us.
3. What type of questions will I be asked?
The bot will ask you general questions about the relationship you (or someone you know) have with your abuser and what the abuser has done to you (or someone you know). At the end the bot will go through a questionnaire with you so it can provide you a list of services.
